He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007 and was accepted to the PhD program at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral Implantology in the same year. In 2014, he completed his doctorate by defending his thesis "Histological and Histomorphometric Analysis of the Effect of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor on Early Bone Tissue Growth in an Experimental Mouse Model". Since 2014, he has been a faculty member at Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and received the title of Associate Professor in 2023. He continues his studies in the same department. He gives conferences and courses at home and abroad especially on the subjects of "Guided Bone Regeneration", "Immediate Implantation and Immediate Loading", "Open and Closed Sinus Lifting", "Aesthetics in the Anterior Region in Implantology" and "Augmentation and Reconstruction Methods in Jaw Bones". There are two different surgical techniques and suture methods that bear his surname. He has more than 20 articles and book chapters published in national and international journals in the field of maxillofacial surgery and implantology. He is married and father of a boy and a girl.
