Dr. Francesco Lemma earned his Medical Degree from the University of Perugia (Italy) and subsequently completed his residency in Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Verona. During his training, he gained clinical and surgical experience at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the University of Trieste, as well as the Departments of Maxillofacial Surgery at the Universities of Verona, Modena, and Padua.
He further expanded his education by attending advanced courses at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium) and the University of Liverpool (UK). Dr. Lemma has been a invited speaker at numerous national and international scientific conferences and is the author of several peer-reviewed publications. In 2021, he was awarded the prestigious “Umberto Saraval” Scientific Prize in recognition of his research contributions to the field of oral cancer.
He currently works at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Ospedale dell’Angelo, Venice-Mestre, and serves as a clinical tutor for OMFS trainees at the University of Verona. He is also completing a Degree in Dentistry at the University of Perugia.
