He is the first European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) board-certified surgeon from Azerbaijan, with dual training in Otorhinolaryngology and facial aesthetic surgery.

Founded Baku Rhinoplasty Days in 2018, the country's inaugural international rhinoplasty meeting, and serves as President & co-founder of the Azerbaijan Society of Rhinoplasty Surgeons. 

Published articles in many scientific journals based in the USA and Europe. These articles mainly reflect new techniques, algorithms, and surgical instruments in the field of aesthetic nose surgery.

Based in Baku at HB Güven Clinic, Dr. Cabbarzade is a member of many professional societies. He is regularly invited as a lecturer all over the globe to give a talk related to aesthetic, functional as well and reconstructive nasal surgery.
